Clan Description: The Uchiha were famous for their powerful chakra, exceptionally strong techniques, and natural aptitude for anything combat-related. The clan possessed an innate affinity for Fire Release nature transformation, with even the youngest of members able to use it from just observation.The Uchiha were also highly known for their mastery of ninja tools. They themselves invented many shuriken move sets which required the use of thin metal wires, such as the Windmill Triple Blades technique. The clan possessed an innate affinity for Fire Release nature transformation, with even the youngest of members able to use it from just observation.They have created several techniques and use this nature transformation more skilfully than any other.Their signature technique was the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique.Clan members were not recognised as adults by the rest of the clan until they could successfully use this technique. The Uchiha clan is most likely the most famous clan that ever existed. They had been one of the two strongest in the world long before the creation of the shinobi villages system, with their closest rivals being the Senju clan.
Clan Traits: The Uchiha have some defined appearance traits. Most of those who received the bloodline have black hair, which either falls down plainly or may be somewhat spiky. Their eyes can only have two colors: black or brown. Black is the eye color for those that have the ability to awaken the Sharingan one day, while brown, which may differ in exact shade, is the eye color of everyone who doesn't.

Their clothing is usually rather simple, made for convenience in battle and bearing darker colors. However, there must always be a clan insignia on their clothes somewhere. Wearing something without one is considered to be a heavy insult to the clan and someone who does it may be banished.

Clan Personality: The Uchiha's personality varies from person to person, but those that have the Sharingan are often very arrogant. The reason for that is the incredible abilities that it grants them, giving them superiority over the average shinobi in all fields of ninja techniques. Such arrogance easily breeds superhuman complex and detachment from the surrounding world.

The Sharingan otherwise known as the Mirror Wheel Eye appears selectively throughout the Uchiha bloodline and as such although everyone may have the potential in their blood, not every clan member my begin to access the Sharingan.

If a member of this bloodline is overcome with powerful emotion in regards to a person precious to them, their brain releases a unique trait that affects the optic nerves, transforming the eyes into Sharingan. In this initial state of activation their eyes may blur and re-focus as the clan member adapts to their new abilities. Separate from the tomoe progression the Sharingan grants the three different sets of abilities which are referred to as 'The Tomoe of Insight', 'The Tomoe of Hypnotism', and 'the Tomoe of Copying' within the clan.

Tomoe of Insight:
Although not to the same extent as the Byakugan, the first ability of the Tomoe of Insight is to allow the wielder to see chakra in several simple ways. By activating their Sharingan a member of the uchiha clan is capable of visualizing and as such tracking the chakra usage of an opponent. In singular combat or with groups this is done by recognizing the unique internal chakra color of a target and as such being able to follow that color through composition and finally to the source of the technique. This chakra sight can also follow some minor visual obstructions and detect irregularities in a person's chakra flow that might be caused by genjutsu or another technique's influence.

As a secondary ability the Tomoe of Insight also grant the Uchiha an enhanced clarity of perception. Outside of combat this means they are capable of things like lip reading at a vast [but reasonable] distance or mimicking something like pencil movements. In combat situations they are capable of seeing fast-moving objects with ease.
Once all three tomoe have been realized this ability also grants the user a small degree of predictive capabilities. Using the full measure of the Tomoe of Insight they are capable of anticipating the movements of an opponent off of the slightest muscle tension. In tandem with this they are also capable of reading enemy's hand seals and chakra flow to give them an insight of the performed technique's nature.

Tomoe of Hypnotism:
Some say this ability is what truly inspires the awe in regards to the Uchiha Clan. By gaining access to the Tomoe of Hypnotism an Uchiha gain the ability to learn the Sharingan: Genjutsu technique which allows them to utilize their Genjutsu through their Sharingan. The Tomoe of Hypnotism are especially important as with the proper tier investment allow the user to communicate with tailed beasts whilst inside a host. This Tomoe also allows the user to see through visual genjutsu and break or reverse them using the associated clan techniques. The tomoe of Hypnotism allows the Sharingan to be used as a Genjutsu focus. This does not count towards the focus limits or requirements set by the Genjutsu Tiers.

Tomoe of Copying:
The user is able to replicate almost any Ninjutsu, Genjutsu or Taijutsu they see used against them in combat. From there they can either mimic and perform the technique or modify the attack into a new technique of their own. The replicated technique can be used in the thread in which the technique is copied only if unmodified. A replicated or modified version of a technique is available for purchase at a 50% cost reduction from the cost of the original technique. Although they are capable of replicating nearly any technique they see an Uchiha must still be able to satisfy the prerequisites to perform the technique. As such if they lack the appropriate nature release, bloodline ability or physical Stats to perform a technique they would be unable to replicate it.

Beyond the initial state of activation the Sharingan Dōjutsu manifests in three basic stages, with each being an upgrade on the former and as such granting new abilities. Each advancement is revealed by the appearance of a new Tomoe within the eye of the Sharingan and each Tomoe grants a new ability until reaching the full Three-Tomoe state. Each Tomoe is associated to one of the eye-based abilities listed above, but they do not all manifest in the same order as each Uchiha progresses their Sharingan differently.

There is another kind of Sharingan in the bloodline - Mangekyo Sharingan, or Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye. It is the ultimate form of the bloodline limit, accessible by only a few out of those who have it. Very little is known about this ability, since even if one can potentially discover it, only several people did over the course of the clan's history, because losing one's precious person is the requirement to awaken it. It does not have a defined pattern, taking a unique one for every person.

Name: Sharingan Activation Technique
Type: Dōjutsu
Description: This technique allows the user to activate their Sharingan by focusing a meager amount of Chakra to their eyes causing the transition from their normal pupil to the three-tomoe of a fully realized Sharingan. For all  tomoes are active all of the following abilities apply:

Sharingan is the bloodline limit doujutsu of the Uchiha clan. It possesses several powerful abilities, though it is developed through three stages. When just awakened, it is in Tomoe 1, with only one tomoe located above the pupil; in Stage 2, another tomoe appears, and they are now located to the left and right of the pupil; all three tomoe appear in Tome 3 and they are located in a triangle shape around the pupil: one directly above and the other two to the bottom left and right. The Sharingan is activated by sending some chakra into the eyes. It does not cost much, but only a true Uchiha can have it activated for prolonged periods of time without risking their health.
1 Tomoe: The initial stage of the awakened Sharingan, it only gives the clan members some basic abilities. Among these is the ability to see movement somewhat faster than what they would normally be able to and to detect chakra. This allows them to react better and gives them higher accuracy than most. Thanks to the chakra detection ability, many camouflage techniques are rendered ineffective. This stage also allows them to see clearer than normal, and boosts perception by 50% ,tracking speed and reading movements and accuracy by 50%.

2 Tomoe: The second stage of the Sharingan allows those who possess it to see everything with even better clarity, including objects that would normally fall out of sight because of their speed. This allows them to dodge and attack as if their taijutsu skills were one step higher. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank B/A (A if you are Genjutusu Major or higher) or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique and boosts boosts perception by 75% of tracking speed and reading movements and accuracy by 75%.

3 Tomoe: The third and final stage of the Sharingan opens even more possibilities for the clan members. Their vision of moving objects improves further. Their ability to see chakra and movement allows them to mimic and memorize the techniques used by their enemies and copy them, one of the abilities the clan is highly famous for. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank A/S (S if you are Genjtusu Major or higher) or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique and boosts boosts perception by 1.5x of tracking speed and reading movements and accuracy by 1.5x.

Name: Mangekyo Sharingan Activation Technique
Type: Dōjutsu
Description: The penultimate form of the Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan has a unique pattern for each person and opens the path to the most powerful abilities of the Uchiha. It allows one to use the ultimate doujutsu techniques in existence, while also increasing some basic abilities of the Sharingan, like their ability to copy techniques and resist genjutsu. The Mangekyō Sharingan retains all of the Sharingan's generic abilities. It gives a clan member 2 additional jutsu copy slots and allows visual genjutsu of rank S/S(kin) (S(Kin) if you are Genjtusu Major or higher) or lower to be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique. The abilities of a Mangekyō Sharingan may not even be the same for both of a single user's eyes. As each eye houses the particular dōjutsu techniques, one can only access them if they currently house the said eye, even if they were the originator of the said technique.While the exact design differs for each user, though all resemble pinwheels. It is initially awakened by the trauma suffered from witnessing the death of someone close to the user. In addition to that, the Mangekyō grants powerful abilities that differ between each eye. Once a user awakens the Mangekyō in both eyes, they are able to perform Susanoo, even without either eyes.
However, such power comes at a price: once an Uchiha starts using the Mangekyo, their eyesight begins to deteriorate, faster with each use of a Mangekyo technique, until they turn blind.

Once an Uchiha awakens their Mangekyo, they get 100% eye hps points. Each post they use Mangekyo, they lose 1 point/1%. Using the techniques also costs more points. Once they reach 0, the Uchiha turns completely blind. However the user is capable of preserving and replenishing their Magnekyo Sharingan simply by not using it in within threads. For every complete thread the Uchiha completes without activating Magnekyo Sharingan, they yield 10 MS points(10%).  Also note that while using MS and EMS the Uchiha still has all the lower level abilities.
